Porous Silicon Based Terahertz Bragg Grating Filter

Abstract: We describe the fabrication and measurement of a terahertz bandpass filter based on porous silicon. The device is constructed by electrochemically etching silicon to produce a Bragg mirror comprised of alternating nanoporous silicon layers.
